Can't tell if that was a joke or you're being serious.
We know its not azir since he got an SKT skin recently, we never got a back to back victorious skin with another skin for the same champ.
I would love victorious kindred but she seems so irrelevant after all the nerfs and guts, I don't think they'll give it to her anymore. Her season dominance died out and she got a super galaxy skin recently.
We'll probably get:

Depárt1 votesRecent skins don't affect victorious skin choice, it goes to the champion that was the most dominant in ranked play throughout the season, Azir held that title for a large majority of the season.
It's pretty much guaranteed the skin goes to Azir, no one that you listed above has had anywhere near the impact Azir had.
