Alice, the King Slayer

Primary Role: Fighter

Gender: Female Race: Human Birthplace: Shadow Isles Residence: Freljord Occupation: Former Elite Guard Faction: Independent Appearance: Thin woman with black hair. (About 5'8)

Champion Overview

Alice is a fragile Fighter with high sustain and mobility. She uses a big spear to utilize most of her damage. Although she lacks the burst potential to thrive in some team fights, she has high potential in split pushing, escaping/chasing, and dueling. Alice lacks the skill of handling many targets at once (except minions and jungle objectives). She is very mobile, using her abilities to weave through the map and enemies. She uses a special form of a resource bar that can only be replenished when she kills a unit or an enemy

Statistics

Health: 597 - 2105 Health Regen: 7.9 - 24.2 Attack Damage: 52 - 103 Attack Speed: 0.75 (+0% - 53%) Armor: 18.2 - 78.5 Magic Resist: 29.1 - 50.1 Mov. Speed: 375

Abilities

Passive - Blessed Blade

Delirium: Alice's abilities have no cost and will generate charges of Tenacity(max 5) only when she kills a unit (minion or jungle monster) or when she damages an enemy by (40+20*her level) from either her basic attacks or abilities (within 3 seconds) (she starts with full stacks upon spawn). Hunt: Upon a unit kill, she throws down her spear in a target location and deals magic damage and gives her (level)% life steal (the spear throw is half her range). If she retrieves her spear, she may perform it again. Each throw costs 1 stack of Delirium

Q - Sever Cost: 1 Stack of Delirium Range: 400 Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds

Active: Alice swipes from her left to right (in a cone AoE skillshot), and deals physical damage. Sever applies grievous wounds, and if the target already has grievous wounds, Alice applies 5/6.5/8/9.5/11% lifesteal. Only the first target struck would be applied the full damage, and the rest would apply 85% of the damage.

Physical Damage: 45/60/85/120/145 (+65% bonus AD) Max Physical Damage: 90/120/170/240/290 (+130% bonus AD)

W - Dive Cost: 1 Stack of Delirium Range: 550 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Active: Alice clutches her spear and dives to a targeted area in a linear skillshot and deals physical damage and a slow. Alice can only damage the first target she hits, applying 125% physical damage and a 10/15/20/25/30% slow. She will still travel the designated distance and can pass over obstacles.

Physical Damage: 30/45/60/90/110 (+50% bonus AD) Max Physical Damage: 52.5/78.8/105/157.5/192.5 (+110% bonus AD)

E - Dematerialize Cost: Rest of the stacks of Delirium that Alice has available Cooldown: 25/23/20/18/15 seconds

Passive: Alice has increased magic resist and armor Active: Alice dematerializes on the spot and gains increased movement speed. Also, when she is struck from any attack, she is knocked back by 550 units from the direction of the attack, but she takes 150% the physical/ magic damage applied onto her while in dematerialized form. Alice can pass over terrain if she is knocked back from an attack. If she is struck by any crowd control effects, she will not move.

R - Regicide Cost: None Cooldown: 120/110/100 seconds

First Cast: Alice shrieks and is heard from everyone in the map. Alice then grips her spear and starts running, starting with 50% movement speed, steadily increasing to 100% and regenerates her stacks of Derlirium. During the run, she cannot cast abilites nor attack. However, she can be interrupted by any crowd control effects (i.e: knock-up), terrain, or if she loses 15% of her current health. If she is interrupted, Alice immediately cancels her ultimate and the cooldown is reduced by 50%. Once she runs 1500 units, she starts twirling with the spear, immune to all crowd control effects, twirling at 200% movement speed. At 3500 units, she lets go of her spear, and the spear travels another 500 units at 250% movement speed. At the first target she hits during the twirl, she applies true damage and grievous wounds to the first target, and 85% physical damage at the consecutive targets. If Alice doesn't hit a target during the twirl, and a target is hit by the spear, the spear will critically strike, also applying grievous wounds (The spear can only hit one target, but the twirl cannot). However, at the second cast, Alice lets go of the spear prematurely and the spear will travel a distance depending on the amount of units she traveled during the ultimate.

Physical Damage (During Twirl): 150/270/480 (+80% Bonus AD) Max Physical Damage (During Twirl): 300/540/960 (+160% Bonus AD)

Physical Damage (Spear): 100/150/200 (+100% Bonus AD) Max Physical Damage (Spear): 200/300/400 (+200% Bonus AD)

Note: Her R is an linear skillshot. A very long one at that, not like Sion's ultimate which depends on a guidance system.

Lore

Alice slowed down and calmly tried to recollect her thoughts. She sat on a rock nearby and gazed around at her surroundings. It was snowy and frosty, decorated by dense trees, and the only living creatures present were a few rabbits and a lone yordle, grunting unintelligibly. Her connection with snow was minimal. She had never saw such things before. The Freljord. She decided. She was in the Freljord. Her memories were fading away as she tried to make connections of the place. The only thing she had remembered was a tale of the Three Sisters that supposedly had not happened long before her birth.

Her head was still pounding from the event that had happened only hours before. Alice still held onto the King's sword, a magnificent purple blade that still glowed with a vile aura. She was mesmerized by the beauty and irony of it, the very object that had stood for hope and glory, turned into a weapon of destruction and chaos. She dropped it onto the snow, and tried to remember what she had done. It only happened hours before but she could barely remember.

Her home had been a surreal and wonderful place, everyone was happy and innocent, ruled by the King and the Queen. Once she reached of age, she decided to join the army, although she had never seen them out of the King's castle. There were almost no crimes in her home. What in the world could the King need an army for? Alice trained constantly, rising above the ranks and standing out above her peers. Once she was picked into the handful of elites, she still hadn't fought an actual enemy. That was when the Queen became sick, from an ancient and untreatable illness that left the Queen almost inhumane. Still, the King was determined to find a cure, from an ancient tree spirit Maokai that he believed that could cure the Queen. The army searched for months for the mythical tree, and the army soon believed that he didn't even exist. Rumors spread that the King was crazy and out of his mind, driven by desperation to save the Queen. After a long expedition from the edges of the forest, Alice gave up and returned to the city. What she saw was chaos, caused by the grief of the King by the death of the Queen. The King had gone on a rampage, killing his loyal subjects and the citizens alike. The beautiful island reacted to the King's demise, turning into a shadowy grim prison.

Her sister Kalista led one side of the battle, still loyal to the king and protecting him. Alice chose differently, and decided to put the King out of his misery. After many battles and death, Alice and her forces pushed to the palace of the King. She saw the King at his throne, clutching his blade that had once represented hope, now glowing with a unnerving purple aura. She looked closely and saw that next to him, was the dead body of the Queen, defiled but still preserved. Alice let out a feral scream and charged toward the King. The next thing she saw was the King staring at Alice, with her spear lodged in the King's body. The King fell and Alice looked back. The army looked at Alice, some with awe and some with malice. She glanced at the Blade of the Ruined King, a weapon that couldn't fall into the wrong hands. She grabbed the blade and ran out the nearest window.

Now she sat in the snowy forest, suddenly exhausted and drowsy. She looked at the sword that was still in her hand. She was alone. If she was attacked by anyone who wanted vengeance for the King, she would be easily taken over. Reluctantly, she dropped the sword in the snow, and saw the snow slowly melting by the blade. She stood up, clutching her spear. Her spear was the only thing that kept her from giving up, a gift from her father when she joined the army. She would need to rest for a very long time.

Special Interactions

To Nidalee "Where are you pulling those from? To RekSai Shrieks unintelligibly To Kalista "It was necessary Kalista", "I did the right thing Kalista." To Maokai "I will leech the magic out of you, spirit" To Sion "Race you to the Nexus!" To Elise "Grace and beauty... you remind me of someone." To Garen "Don't trust so blindly, Garen." To Viktor "Your creations will be your bane, Viktor"

Skin Concept Ideas

Justicar Alice - Pretty self-explanatory. How the forces who followed Alice when she tried to killed the King. Corrupted Alice - How Alice would be if she had sided with her sister to protect the King and she became "corrupted" and became dark by the influence of the King and the change of her home. AstroAlice - Just a fun little idea since her ultimate seems to defy gravity (twirl).

Note

Art for Alice is coming. I'll try to make a attempt at drawing her, but sadly I can't those fancy splash arts that those talented artists can do. Any comments, questions, and criticisms are welcome.
