New Shape-shifting Champ

I think that the shape-shifting champions are some of the most interesting champions in league and that being said I'd like to see one that has a more controlled form of gnar's shape-shifting mechanic but rather than changing when the meter is full how about using abilities to change into different forms which takes up some of the second meter. I'm only saying this because Aphelios feels unlike any other champion and i feel like his whole ability tree thing would be interesting on a shape-shifting champion because this would mean the first champion with multiple forms rather than two.
