Zilean is getting cheated!!!

I am honestly in love with the new Zilean skin, (Sugar Rush Zilean) but I do think it is not the right gift for Zilean despite it being a skin suitable for the Christmas holiday. There is an ocean of champions riot has created and are still many more to come and because of the long list of upcoming champions and other skins and other video game modes that riot wants to release for the consumers, time is simply not in the old mans favor ironically. Sugar rush in my opinion should have been the skin that Comes right after a really good Zilean skin. Zilean has been around for 10 years in the game which easily makes him one of the the oldest champion to run on strong without a visual update. I would have settled for a visual update as a Christmas gift from riot than having a new skin. Zilean's T pose and his T pose while slowing or speeding up allies in the game is beyond ridiculous there should be an animation that shows Zilean's arms using magic to slow enemies instead of just standing there with a beam coming out his chest from out of nowhere. I started league of legends in 2010 (I think lol) and Zilean's visuals and fighting pose has not bothered me because of the era it was in at the time. Back then every champion had some flaws visually to the point you couldn't really complain about it much, but as the years go by and you start to see new champions enter the live PBE with automatic cool visuals it becomes more and more evident that Zilean is very outdated. Zilean also has only 2 controllable voice lines which to me helps destroys his popularity as a pick further making him uninteresting or unappealing to the people who play him or even view him (If there even is one). Zilean's current popularity is 3.0 percent which hurts because he is such a good champion against many of the common op champs we all cry about whenever we see them on the rift. I don't know when riot will grant the wizard one a fighting chance to see more light in game play but I do know for a fact that the community and society as a whole are drawn to the visuals of things and to see Zilean in his current state it really hurts because with every new champ riot makes that is pretty cool and looks visually cool is another player that takes away Zilean's opportunity to be played. Riot if you do read this I think everyone would appreciate the visual attention to Zliean.
