Arcade Lulu [Concept]

4th day of Skintober prompts! (Arcade)

I am not very good at Yordles, but I wanted to try to incorporate some of the Arcade elements in this skin. I was a more crunched on time as I only took about 1 hour here, but I think there are much more elements that could be incorporated. ೕ(･ㅂ･ )

I aimed for a cute sort of "Player 2" and "Mario" kind of feel
