solvation to fun vs win problem

As far as i concerned that great number of disappointments while playing belongs to main points of the game; Fun and WIn. I suggest it might be a great idea to make 2 queues. The frst is for people who wants just to laugh, fun trying silly builds, learning new champs etc. The second is for people who is trying to do their best ect. U may say that this is ranked for. But ranked with his league points deserves a clean game, so there must be a place for teaming up to improve some personal skill features before. We can even call the second queue "Team practice" I mean for example really how can i teach my gf a proper teamplay while there is inevery game someone "first time playing with keybord" "or newmeta ap talon build".

Give me a number of people having fun from doing their best as a team and I will be the happiest person playing league. I even agree to wait a plenty of time cause 1 good game is better then 3 "fun" games ( Yes sometimes there such people. And even loss with such teams enjoyable cause i saw adorable playings)
