Lichlord Lissandra & Turret Skins

Lichlord Lissandra would be an undead-looking ultimate skin for Lissandra, her R would be giant zombie hands strangling whoever or protecting lissandra, her W would be a greenish blue blast, with skeleton hands gripping things that are hit, her ice shard is her throwing a fleshy-ghoul hand and her E would be a odd compilation of frozen ghoul and skeleton hands etc. her base look would be a greenish aura with a blue base while the ice crystals that surround her also emit a strange green glow and in her dress you see skeleton hands throughout it

Special effects would be like DJ sona's as she would have 2 special effects that players can cut on by her portrait, a big snowstorm (perhaps even with a howling-like wind sound?) that can go through the map (Turn off for performance issues if it is an issue obv.) and another one that makes the melee minions look like some giant fleshy beast, the ranged like some sort of skeletal archer, sieged some sort of undead cannon and the super some giant hulky-thing made of several.

As far as "Turret Skins" maybe make them a purchaseable thing for those players who oft play with friends or others and in team-builder lobby or in the lobby can make some sort of vote to have it applied and if enough people vote yes have it apply ingame like perhaps a medieval turret skin, or a Piltover Turret skin
