Queue Lobby Vote Kick

Imagine a vote kick option in the queue to deal with a troll/toxic player that you know will negatively affect the quality of the game. For example, if Disco Nunu is in the lobby claiming to “mid or int,” the players at least get the opportunity to kick him and re-queue. This, or waste a whole game with the lower odds. I know Riot wants to have the fastest queue-to-game times, and this not only captures that, but as well as ensuring an opportunity for a higher quality game.
