Pool Party Lissandra Idea

I know this isn't a serious thing to report about, but I didn't know where to go for skin ideas. Please don't drop this and give this a thought please. Imagine pool party Lissandra Legendary skin. Whenever she moves she surfs to the location because her regular skins she like slides through ice, so why not surf through waves? Whenever she is stopped she jumps off her surfboard and holds it like a surfer. Her q can be a beach ball that explodes and splatters on the first enemy hit and sprays onward. Her w can be white waters that "wipes out" enemies around her. Her e she sends a etheral surfboard in a direction that she can teleport to. Her ultimate can be a whirlpool she surrounds herself in to become untargetable and heal, or a whirlpool an enemy champion becomes stuck in. I hope you consider this idea, even though I can not draw... Thank you very much RIOT games.
