Rogue Jedi Kassadin sounds like a good idea. It even fits his role of being a good guy in a bad place.

Sion would make a badass host for a Darth Bane skin, though Darth Bane was massive in both size and intelligence and Sion is lacking in the latter.

You could make a champion that uses a whip and make an Emperor's Hand/Lumiya style skin.
