A new champ?

I have a new idea for a new champ, I haven't really wrote posts publicly like this so I'll do my best to explain.

This champion is a "dragnewt" is the closest way to explain him, he is made from metal and is black as night with wings that are down to the metal (bone) so to say. He is also bound with darkness and the void, with eyes red with animal tone to it. his claws also have red glowing on the tips with horns that reach for the sky. With a snout ready to bite those crazy enough to stand in front of him, He also levitates.

I guess he could be easy to create and write i haven't thought about the story or origins so i'll leave it up to you to decide.

This character is a class hybrid of a fighter and tank.

His passive ability would be guardian of (the) world/void/darkness where he passively pass through minions with a % bonus damage and up to lvl 10 would be 3% and so on.

His first ability would be to shoot a cloud of the void or whatever, and it dose damage along with inflicting a defense reduction of 5% and a 5% reduction in speed.

His second ability would be rising high into the air and having runes form on the ground where he slams himself onto. dealing massive damage and getting closer to the enemy player.

His third ability would be of him going into the ground and dashing three times in one direction if the button is held down he will cut through until he reaches the duration, but if you tap it once you hit the first target he rises out the ground spilling dark blue light in a small area doing damage. This makes a easy get away and a easy catch. But for the animation could there be a so to say, "world" in the line that is present when dashing?

His fourth ability allows him to rise high up and blast a huge line of darkness and light in one direction from his wings and chest. this leaves a line of fallout and whoever is stuck in it is slowed and reduced in def by 5% with also a burning effect.
