Snow Day Kassadin

I know it isn't close to Winter, but I got a nice idea.

Snow Day Kassadin!

Under him could be a snow storm swirling thing, because stuff. His sword could be an Icicle. His Q would send out a snowball, and his shield could look like some kind of snow storm shield (maybe what snow day Malzahar's passive looks like). His W can make his icicle sword longer and maybe a color change, to like blue instead of white. The particles surrounding him when his E is ready can be another snow storm type looking thing, and then for the active send out a pulse of snow and ice. His ult could teleport with snow and ice, you know, super simple.

Yay.

Everything is basically white and blue and ice. Anything winter snow down color stuff and stuff!
