New yordle champion? A Teemo counterpart

I've always felt there should be another furry version of teemo, like a counter or an alternate...something fuzzy and cute who is not an adc, but could fill many roles (jungle/top/support) who maybe has range in somewhat the same way as a pantheon spear but could be considered all sorts of things (bruiser, top lane, ranged but also melee), perhaps cuz you can build him a multiple number of ways. I had this idea of the ferret. This is not my art by the way, just open source art i found on the web, just to get the feel of the idea. Does anyone agree with me?
