Naruto in League (Special) Week 5: The Third Hokage
Hey there! Hope everybody is having a great week. It's week 5 of this series, and this time I've got something special: Hiruzen Sarutobi, otherwise known as "old man third Hokage." Let's jump right in.
P - Shurikenjutsu - Hiruzen is a master at using shuriken in combat. After using an ability, his next basic attack will fire a few small shuriken. Every fifth instance of this skill fires a giant Fuma shuriken.
Q - Earth Style: Earth Flow River Jutsu - Hiruzen creates a violent river of mud that engulfs enemies, rooting anything caught in it for one second.
W - Fire Style: Fire Dragon Bullet Jutsu - Using a powerful fire-style jutsu, Hiruzen deals damage in a long and narrow cone in front of him. If this hits enemies rooted by his Earth River, it will singe them for extra damage over time.
E - Summoning Jutsu - Monkey King Enma - Enma is summoned and takes the form of a massive adamantine staff for 10 seconds. Hiruzen's auto attacks become strikes with his staff, gaining 100 range. Re-cast this ability to do a powerful swing, which destroys enemy-created terrain and deals damage to enemies in its path (decent cooldown, 30-40 seconds).
R - **Reaper Death Seal **- Using his last resort, Hiruzen breaks character to become an edge lord and summons the god of death to devour one enemy's soul. This brings that enemy's health down to whatever percentage his own health is at, and cuts Hiruzen's current health in half. Alternatively, if Hiruzen is below 20% health when using this, he dies and seals away an enemy's chakra for 10 seconds (basically silencing them).
This kit is a LOT, and I tried to keep it cohesive. But what did you expect? He's a freaking Hokage. Side note: Reaper Death Seal is a nightmare to balance. I'd love to hear other ideas for it if anyone has some.
