CONCEPT FOR A CHAMP

Hopefully people can branch off this and add some cool shiz to it and maybe Rito will see it and use it!

Basically I had an idea for an ADC.. An ADC wants to build them AD items, but THIS ADC is really an APC. I was thinking of some sort of champ thats basic attack damage is increased by his/her AP. Maybe some sort of sorceress or something. So you would want to build stuff like Nashors Tooth. Im not sure what kind of kit would go good with this concept but I think it would be really cool! What do ya guys think??!?!

Overall the meta in league of legends is really rigid (what i mean is that if you go Teemo jungle (like i always do) you will probably get reported for "Trolling" but you are just not following the meta), therefore a huge impact on the meta will be taken in mind if this concept gets to and ADC

I think you should look at APC Ziggs gameplay you might get some Ideas from do this but he would need a low cool downs on his abilities and maybe a passive that every 3rd auto attack scales with AP like on Ekko
