Meh i dont think that riot is required to give both of them the same skin it limits riots creative scope.

In my opinion, it's fine that Xayah didn't get an IG skin with Rakan. Esports skins just make it weird that way. However, this gives them a free pass to make at least one Xayah skin without Rakan... and there's nothing saying they can't make a matching skin for Xayah later down the line that isn't specifically part of the set. [slayer-jinx-catface]

I really like it! The only thing I'm meh on is the blue feathers for Xayah, it feels too much like the SSG.
Personally, only champI liked in the reveal other than Rakan, was Fiora, rest seemed forced and when I saw Rakan without Xayah I was kinda shocked.

I'd gladly take Xayah over Rakan, I bought all the skins except for his.
like unironically that actually looks sick af. i dont like either champ but even to me that looks cool.
This art looks very good don't get me wrong but it wasn't riot decision to seperate Xayah and Rakan, it wasn't even pro players decision. You see in order for player to pick a champion for esport skin said player had tp play at least one game with them. This is why theres no Xayah skin and we got Fiora skin and not Riven (they refernce that in Fioras recall)
Rakan's cheating on her with one of the iG girls confirmed.
Oh wow, great job. I was kind of bummed when we didn't get a Xayah skin but I am in love with the Kai'Sa one.
