Why Ahri is so forgotten ?

I mean ahri is not forgotten of course last year she got 2 new skins thats pretty nice, but 50% of her skins was made in 2011/12 and ahri never got a precious skin like a skin valued 1350 RP and there're so many themes for made a new skin for her like that inspired on the fan art ''Jade Princess'', Kyuubi the Nine--Tailed Godess, Pool party is very talked and many rummors that perhaps it will be made a skin for her this year but I dont believe it very much who knows a victorious skin ahri more or less like the challenger one but with gold things and blue, what do u guys think ?!
