Bards portal rework idea

Bard is kinda boring but it's so fun to play with his portal. Riot should update it and let projectiles run through the portal. Players be using his portal strategically

Or to make his q fire through the portal with increased everything. Come on if riot would make really strong on release champions then why not fix bard
