I was about to say its "alright" but now since I noticed it was painted I'm like

I think overall its really good, but for me the eyes feel kinda awkward.

She looks too feminen naow :Ddd

its great job, but you need to work a bit on lips.

also her face isnt muscularly chubby enough for illaoi but really thats up to how you want to interpret her anyway. but the lower lips need a bit of work.

anyway, great job regardless, painting is hard.
