Gift/Trade Loot?

Got a really cool skin shard for a champ that happens to be a main of one of my mates. I don't know Diana at all but he is MR 6 with her (with no skin). I thought it'd be pretty cool if i could gift/trade/x+essence over to him so he could put it to better use. Thought, comments?

There is a search function on the Boards. This gets brought up multiple Times a week and the answer is No it won't Happen it would create a blackmarket, Ruin Riot and ne the end of league AS the Servers shut down.
