[Champion Concept] Allan Frost the Chyomancer

Basically I was reading a Lol story(Enough Sugar Coating a Fanfiction) and thought man this would be a cool(Get it. Cool?) concept for a champ so I got to work and thought of ideas

Allan is a high dmg melee Fighter who relies on the Black Ice Cryo Sword that excels in 1v1s duels and destroying squishy targets that uses deadly attacks to take down his foes who oppose the cold. A kit filled with nice raw dmg but lacks mobility and hard CC. No Way to get onto your target but once he's there he can unleash hell on all his foes.

Role: Fighter, Bruiser

Auto-attack- A series of slashes from the Cryo-sword

Range-175

Passive- Hypothermia Every three strikes with an ability or auto attack freezes the target. At max stacks the targets attack speed is lowered by 25% and is inflicted with a dot that does > 25/50/75/100+(35% of AD) over the course of 2 seconds Passive Increase in Dmg as Ultimate is Leveled Passive Attack speed reduction does not stack Passive Dot will refresh

Q: Chopping Block **AoE- Slow- Damage Ability ** > Cooldown 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 Seconds Mana Cost- 35/40/45/50/55 Range- 375

Allan slashes outward in a circle (Imagine But only one spin and MUCH less yelling) Dealing 100/125/150/175/200(+80 AD) If The spin Connects with an enemy champion Alan gains a 15/20/25/30/35/40% Movement speed bonus that decays over 1.5 seconds

**W: Cyro Burst ** Aoe- Auto-attack Reset > Cooldown 10/9/8/7/6 Seconds Mana Cost-60/65/70/75/80 Empowered Auto Duration- 3 Seconds

Allan's Blade grows much colder causing his next auto attack to deal 45% More Damage. The blade is so cold it freezes the air behind the enemy hit in a cone shape dealing half the amount of damage done If Cryo burst kills the Champion) hit by the auto attack(Not the ones hit by the cone) The cone will not form instead it will cause a blast around the enemy reaching a Range 375(So Ult Auto-attack range) Dealing 75% of Alans AD

E- Frozen Will Self Buff- Auto Attack Reset > Cooldown- 17/16/15/14/13 Mana Cost - 100 at all ranks Duration 2/2.5/3/3.5/4

Passive- Allans sheer will will power grows causing him to take 2/4/6/8/10% reduced damage for every enemy champion around him capping at 40%

Active- Allan strengthens his resolve reducing crowd control effects and CC duration by 20/25/30/35/40% Allans next auto will extend by 150 Dealing 125/150175/200/225 +(100% AD) Slowing by 15/25/35/45/55% and applies 3 stacks of Hypothermia

Ultimate- Winters Reach AoE - Empowered Auto Attacks > Cooldown-150/125/100 Mana cost- 125/175/225 Duration- 8 seconds

Allan unleashes the Full power of black ice jumping a max range of 650 units dealing 100/175/250+(8% of Allans Max health) After Landing Allan creates a Domain( About the size of ) while in it his abilities to 20/30/40% more damage. Allan loses this bonus when outside the domain. During the Duration of his ultimate Allan gains 35/50/65% Attack Speed and All auto attacks and abilities do 3/6/9% of the target's missing health. Every kill extends the duration by 1 second.

**Lore ** I'm gonna summarize the story(Fanfiction) with my own touch in the form of logs.

Day 1

Today marks the day I will leave Piltover for the expedition of the far north part of the Freljord. This land is uncharted known to be highly cold and out of the 22 research teams sent the by Demacia, Piltover, Noxus, and even the Freljords own none have returned. Looks like we shall be the first.

Day Three

The harsh climate and extreme cold makes it clear why most people have yet to return. Ruthless predators lie in wait as the blizzards roar on making it near impossible to see. Luckily the only extreme blizzard we have had so far was at the beginning we are progressing fast and should be there in a week. I will never understand how this part of the Freljord can be so much more cold than every other part of the Freljord. Though I do think its cold I fear everyone else may be suffering much more than me. How odd.

Day 5

_Sadly, the cold has claimed three of our men and 2 of the women on the expedition. 10 of us remain and half of us are debating heading back while others urge us to press on. We are ahead of schedule, we have enough rations to last us another month and the blizzard seem to letting up. Despite this the group begins to turn back. So much for our adventure.... _

Day 6

_The hardest blizzard has just started. Good thing we decided to turn back. Although we have been heading back for a day now losing two more people to the cold, we have been making good time. But my cheerful demeanor is soon shattered when we are met with an abyss. An abyss that was not there when we started our expedition. This means one thing. We have gone the wrong way and lost our path in the blizzard. There is a frozen bridge that we can take that the 3 of us are urging not to walk on. Despite the warning we decide to cross it to mabey find a sanctuary on the other side of the bridge. We have made it about half way across the bridge the when a multitude of pieces of the bridge drop into the abyss. Not one person moves. And not one person dares to breathe. Another rumbling begins. My team believes it to be just the pieces landing but this is much worse. It looks like we are moving closer to the snow. But with closer inspection the sight is much more devasting. An Avalanche...... _

Day XXX I have no idea how long I have been out. I have awoken inside of what looks to be a cave. This is where I have met a woman that seems to be made of black ice or at least covered in it. Their was no way she was human. Back in Piltover the we had found a similar shard of black ice that if touched it would cause extreme pain and would instantly freeze a hand with no chance of fixing. She has told me of my teams fate. They had all died from the cold. I was the only survivor. She questions me and ask who am I, where I come from and how did I survive. I answer all but the last question not knowing how I was lucky enough to survive. I ask her a question. One simple question. Who is she? Her name is Queen Lissandra.

Day XXX

_She explains to me that she is the true Queen of the Freljord. She also explains to me that Ashe and another leader named Sejuani have silently made a deal to make sure she is "out of the picture" She tells me that I am allowed to walk around the castle freely_as long as I do not disturb her.

Day XXX

_The castle has been ambushed. The Winters Claw has broke through the walls and I am told by the Queen to stay in my quarters. I hear not only the winters claw and Frostguard grunts and yells. I hear both sides suffer casualties. I can't stand it anymore. I bolt our of my quarters to the armory and to see if any weapons had been left over I could use to help my Queen. I haven't a clue how long I have been her but, I have already accepted her as my queen. Once I reach the weapon rack the only thing left is a sword. Made of Black Ice. Not onIy am I highly inexperienced with a sword its made completely of black ice. I have no time for this. I don"t think of my own well being but hers and the Frostguards. I grab the sword prepared for the pain i shall soon endure. I wince....at....nothing? No pain, no freezing. I am quickly pulled from my trance as i realize why i am using the sword. I charge through as many people as I can mindlessly swinging until I see my Queen fighting a woman on a boar. This must be Sejuani. I quickly jump between the two sword in hand. I hear faintly from both the Queen and Sejuani what sounded like "Frig Ascutis". The Legendary ice sword? It couldn't be. It's just a legend and only a cryo-mancer could wield it. I have not time to think as Senjuani charges the Queen. I quickly get between the two and get into a defensive stance. As the boar collided with the sword what looked to be a shockwave emitted from the sword knocking everyone away. I faintly hear the blizzard dissipate as Sejuani's troops retreat. This was basically the ice Excalibur. _

Day XXX

My Queen tells me that I have to be a cyromancer. It being the only way to wield the sword without freezing solid. Now that I serve her I have forgotten about Piltover. This sword has chosen me and I choose to protect her and bring her to her rightful throne.

I shall fight til my Queen owns her rightful spot as Queen of all of the Freljord -Allan Frost
