Make silver bolts of skt t1 vayne to be golden/yellow, just like arch light vayne one

If u see arch light vayne in game, u will notice that silver bolts are golden, however the same thing u would expect from the skt skin too but thats not the case. in the skt skin, the bolts are the same with the classic one.
