[Champion Concept] - Silas, the Gunslinger (Pictures included)
Ok, new champ concept.

For this one I made up a looong lore which I will not write down. No lore for this one atm. Maybe in future updates
- Abilities
Passive - Gunslinger (To switch between guns click on the passive icon) Silas has two guns. He can switch between them but not while in combat. Each gun has its own properties. Every 12 (cause it's high noon m8!) seconds he gets "special round" for each gun. (Every 12 seconds, he loads his gun with an animation, Graves, Jhin, etc.) (revolver) Mercy - Mercy has X armor pen. and he gains X AD when using it. Special round - Every 12 seconds Silas can fire a special round that stuns enemy champions for X second. (revolver) Redemption - When using Redemption, Silas gains X AS and slight movement and AS steroid when he kills enemy units (towers, minions, jungle monsters and champions. Special round - Every 12 seconds Silas can fire special round that puts enemy champions on fire dealing DoT for X seconds.
Q - Bulletstorm Passive: Silas gains X AS for every unit killed. Stacks up to X times. Active: Silas pulls out a machine gun and starts shooting in an arc in front of him for X seconds. He deals very high damage and slows all enemy units hit. He is also unmovable while using your machine gun but he blocks all frontal damage for duration. (Only AoE damage abilities can deal damage, Galio Q, LB W, Ziggs Q...)

Q - Kaboom! Silas pulls out his shotgun and blasts everyone in an arc in front of him dealing very high damage and slowing/stunning them for X seconds
Typical main damage source. This idea is taken form CoJ: Gunslinger, I think Old Man Clanton. He was on a high hill shooting a machine gun at really high firerate dealing very high damage. He also slowed you when he would hit you. You are hiding behind rocks and climbing. When you are close you must throw your dynamite and come in front then shoot him by a pistol/shotgun/rifle. Alternative Q C'mon, you bust into a bank, a officer stands up in font of you. What do you do? You Kaboom! them :D
W - Hold up! Passive: Silas gains X MS towards enemy champions Active: Silas calls his gang to circle a targeted enemy champion. They deal small damage around them and slow enemy champions by a medium amount. If the champion is an ally they gain X MS towards Silas and he gains same MS to them. They also deal small damage around them. (They follow both champions, allies do not take damage nor does SIlas when he is around them, like Mordekaiser's W)
This is his main ally "helping ability". He can use it to get in TF easier or so they can back away. He can also keep up with enemy champs.
E - Divebomb/Disengage Silas jumps to a targeted area. When he lands he deals medium AD and if he kills a champion he gets a reset to his Q and his E. If he doesn't kill them he can reactivate this ability to plant dynamite (X second delay) and then backs away. He can reactivate this in a X second window.
This is his main gapcloser. The idea behind resets is to have a madman jumping around with a machine gun. Yee-haw!
R - High Noon Silas targets an enemy champion and then he deals X increased damage to them for a small amount of seconds. He also gains X armor pen during this time.
Alternative R R - High Noon (usable on targets below approx. 10% HP, high cooldown, you will see why, small range) Silas targets an enemy champion. For next 3 seconds he channels (can be interupted) and kills the target instantly.
Pretty simple. Usable for tanks in TF.
Alternative R Classic gunslingin' in the noon.
Okay so I think this is very unblanced and very "unclear". Tell me the ideas I should impliment :)
