Well the idea has been floated around and posted about a lot but here is a new look I though of for it. Also I have taken into account the Cass skin and "clothing" comments so I'm in process of creating a tweaked look of this to match both critiques better, my drawing will b done soon and next will be digital. Lastly I am adding my deep sea skin for her to this post as well.

Please all input upvotes and bumps are appreciated!

You could also do a naga Nami instead. Similar enough in theme, although both are very close to the original skin.

How would you contrast them? How would you deal with particles? I saw an Ursula skin which I thought was cool and different and TENTACLES.

Ah well I have seen that and it's beautiful, as for particles on the siren on either it would be very pale green or blue with neon highlights like it's glowing, then for the deep sea it would be deep blue green almost black with a red or orange eerie glow.
