Middle East server

I believe a Middle Eastern server would be really great. Most of the people who live in the Arab countries play at the EU West server with an approximately 150ms. It is not bad at all, but having a low ping rate would be much better. Some champions cannot be played because of the ping rate. I hope this would be taken into consideration.
