Please make him into a champion and shine some light on talon and Katerina's lore. Plus, who doesn't love a new assassin champion.

I think DuCouteau would be much cooler as a Fiora-esque dueling champion, who is less about parrying and riposting and striking vital areas, and more about fluid movement through enemies, dodging strikes, and outplaying through hit-and-run tactics. A Diver variant of Fighter, to differentiate him from Talon and Katarina, and emphasize him as a sword master.
I would draw inspiration from Orcish Blademasters in WoW, Jamie Lannister from GoT, and Marth from Fire Emblem/Super Smash Bros.
