i have a suggestion for new CC it would work perfectly with ASSASSIN champions the new CC is Stagger simply when use an ability it staggers the enemy and prevent him from doing anything ( including Summoner spells ) except moving for 1 second and maximum for 1.5 second its like combination of SILENCE and BLIND

Silence is cancer. Maybe only have it silence champion abilities, not sums and items?
