Star Guardian Skin Concept

I've been thinking about a Star Guardian Skin concept that hasn't come to fruition yet. As we all know the skin lineup is taken from Sailor Moon and hoped to see a "Tuxedo Mask" skin. At first thought, Ezreal would seemed to match the skin but upon careful reconsideration the most suitable champion to fit the skin would be VAYNE.
