[New champion concept] Pandemonius

What i'd like it to be: A man or creature that went through insanity and found himself in between the planes of reality and nothingness (Summoner's rift and the void?) .. He soon found this to be an ability to be of his advantage and that he could harness and control this ability in a period of time, for days , even months he swapped into this unknown plane of existence. People that were endanger he saved by sending them between the planes and bring them back when the danger was gone, Other things not so nice he sent into the plane... and were never seen again..

Would love this to have an ability close to bard's magical journey but into a separate cut-off area of the map like the ascension spawn area but with a ghost or emptiness feel (would have to limit this somehow , maybe make it use mana when they are in and more people = more mana a second or maybe make a time limit they can be in the void.) OR Making them a ghost version that can't attack / be attack by people in the regular plane (map)

Passive ?? : Lost aspect ~ When Pandemonius takes vital damage his body shifts between the planes of existence so fast that he cannot hit or be hit for (insert time). This might be a possible passive.

I don't really know how to make a character but I had this idea and it sounds pretty good for lore / character.

These are people that I think might represent some effects of the champ if he were made.
