Hi! I'm just a small concept writer and I've been doing so over 3 years. It's more like a hobby that i spend time on while traveling and all of my concepts are usually limited to passive and the 4 spells. Only sometimes I would need someone's opinion on how strong it actually is. have fun reading~

Passive: Infinitive bloodstream you suck out 1/1.25/1.5/1.75% current health magic damage from 2 nearby enemies. Healing yourself 8% of the damage dealt

Q: Feed the curse Cooldown: 16/14/2/10/8 Health: 35/45/55/65/75

One of your tails bites the targeted enemy dealing 45/90/135/180/210 +(0.6AP) magic damage. Slowing the enemy 15% slow for 4 seconds During this duration all spells deal 2% bonus current health magic damage.

W:Ghoulish pleasure Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Health: 10% current health

you dash and skewer first hit enemy champion making it bleed for 7 seconds. In this duration all tails will go sapping health from the bleeding enemy champion dealing 2/6/10/14/18/22 +[1.5% maximum health]. healing 50% of the damage dealt in the duration. If the Enemy champion leaves 400 range the damage and heal slowly disperse

E: Distinctive blood seekers Cooldown: 15 at all ranks Health: 8% maximum health

Passive: Strings increases targeted amount of [Infinitive bloodstreams] with 1/1/2/2/3 and also doubling the damage dealt when there is only one enemy.

Active: Blood rush Increase damage dealt per string with 10/15/20/25/30 +[2/2.5/3/3.5/4% current health] magic damage for 5 seconds also increasing healing effects from the strings to 50/70/90/110/130%

R: Serpent child Cooldown: 160/140/120 Health: N/A

Passive: True potential Each time you kill an enemy champion your tails split and so does your damage. Each tail will deal 95/100/105% of the split damage. death causes you to lose half of your tails.

Active: Serpents awakening Each tail becomes thicker versions slowly becoming serpents scrounging for potential flesh slithering across the map. the serpents are prioritiing enemy champions dealing 120/150/180 +(0.85AP) magic damage. Impact from multiple serpents deal 30% less damage each of them.

I hope you like the concept and please give me feedback on the idea :) thanks for reading,

seems a bit strong. From what i'm understanding his passive locks onto champions automatically and it is then enhanced by his E. followed by a stun? (his w) and or Q. Suggestion on swapping his Q out for his passive. So he slows champions already with any spell cast, reduce speed to 20% from 50%. Just my thoughts otherwise i like the concept.
