[Suggestion] Rune Set Bonuses

Not sure if this was a good spot for it, but I had an idea for the rune system that could be interesting, similar to the Keystone mastery concepts. It'd probably be harder to implement, but here it is: Set bonuses.

There are two major ideas I have here: in-color Set Bonuses, and cross-color Set Bonuses. An in-color set bonus would be something like: You take 3 Maximum Mana, 3 Mana Regeneration, and 3 flat AP blues. This triggers the Wizard set bonus, providing a small, magic damage bonus to an auto attack (something like Hextech Revolver) on a one-minute cooldown. Nothing enormous, but enough to cause people to consider mixing and matching instead of stacking nine of X rune.

Cross-color set bonuses would be something like: You use 3 Armor Reds, 3 Armor Yellows, 3 Armor Blues. This triggers Spiked Plate, causing you to deal physical damage equal to (2+Level) to targets that auto attack you. Or something like, 3 Scaling (x) Penetration reds, 3 scaling health (or maybe armor) yellows and 3 scaling magic resist runes, with 1 scaling quintessence, creates the Late to the Party set bonus - at level 18, your runes trigger, granting you 5% movement speed and +10 AD or AP.

I'm sure your development teams can come up with better ideas, but I thought it could add a new dynamic to the rune system and wanted to suggest it before I forgot!

Seems unnecessary as it restrics your choice on runes
