Truthfully, no one in Zaun has ever seen where Sheed came from, and have never seen his garden. The Herbs he grows and sells are considered the most powerful in Runeterra. Constantly hiding from law enforcement, he remains evasive. With his potent stash, he's been able to establish a following of loyal customers,

Notes:

Has all of 4 his abilities at Level 1.
Resource - Stash: Sheed carries herbs in his satchel to sell to allies. 
Sheed does not get gold from killing enemy minions.

----------------------PASSIVE - GREENHOUSE-----------------------

Sheed has a garden in the fountain where he grows his herbs.
There are 4 species of herbs (QWER). Throughout the game, herbs grow in this garden at a constant rate.
When Sheed is in fountain, he automatically picks grown herbs and stashes them in his satchel. His plants grow until they are ready to harvest 
    (7/7/7/3 maximum)
These herbs have magical effects when consumed.
Sheed can place his herbs for purchase on the map around him. If he leaves them for more than 10 seconds they wither away.
Herbs are purchased by left clicking on them (sort of like Thresh lantern) Sheed consumes herbs the same way.
Sheed keeps the gold spent by his allies. As he upgrades his herbs, they become more expensive to purchase. 
Sheed has a tolerance to his herbs, and any that he consumes have different effects for him.

(grow time = 1 per 30 seconds - %CDR) (stash limit: 3/4/5/6/7) (Price for allies: 15/25/35/45/55) (Range: 500/650/800/950/1100)

  • Upon consumption, An Allied champion becomes extremely focused, granting increased attak range(70/140/210/280/350) a 2 second Stun, and True Dmg(30/50/70/90/110 [+ 1 * Sheed's AP]) on their next basic attack. (8 second cooldown between all sales)

  • Sheed can consume this herb, empowering his next basic attack to stun an enemy for 1 secong and lower their armor by (15/20/25/30/35). (5 Second cooldown between self use of herbs)

----------------------------W - IONIA HAZE: -------------------------

(grow time = 1 per 30 seconds - %CDR) (stash limit: 3/4/5/6/7) (Price for allies: 15/25/35/45/55) (Range: 500/650/800/950/1100)

  • Upon consumption, An Allied champion becomes shrouded in a cloud of smoke, gaining movement speed (30/40/50/60/70 %) for 4 seconds, losing vision and becoming untargetable. Enemies caught within the cloud have their movement and attack speed slowed by 30/40/50/60/70%. (8 second cooldown between all sales)

  • Sheed can consume this herb, creating a growing cloud of smoke at his location that grows for 2.5 seconds, silencing enemies when reaching max size. (5 Second cooldown between self use of herbs)

(grow time = 1 per 30 seconds - %CDR) (stash limit: 3/4/5/6/7) (Price for allies: 15/25/35/45/55) (Range: 500/650/800/950/1100)

  •   Upon consumption, An allied champion becomes emboldened, gaining an 8 second (10/20/30/40/50) [+1 % max HP])Armor and MR buff, and 
      healing for (80/160/240/320/400) [+ 1 * Sheed's AP]) over the duration.  
    

    (8 second cooldown between all sales)

  • Sheed can consume this herb to to heal himself for (50/75/100/125/150 [+0.6 AP]) immediately (5 Second cooldown between self use of herbs)

----------------------R - VOID SPORE:---------------------------

(grow time = 1 per 70 seconds - %CDR) (stash limit per lvl: 1/2/3) (Not for sale) (Range: Global)

  • Only Sheed can use this herb. Upon consumption Sheed channels for 4 seconds, then enters the void teleporting to an allied champion anywhere on the map. He can sell one of his herbs immediately upon arrival for NO PRICE to his allies. (50/40/30 second cooldown between self use)

The Buffs to allies may seem very strong compared to other champion kits, but remember, these come at a price. Like literally, the price is gold! And Sheed won't make any gold for herbs he consumes himself. 8 Second cooldown between sales is another limitation that will encourage a very time sensitive playstyle.

*The interesting thing about playing this kit will be managing your stash. Once you are out of herbs, you have no abilities. You must return to fountain to restock. Having a teleport ultimate allows him to quickly be in base to harvest herbs, and then return to his allies aid. His resource is his stash of herbs, so he has no mana/energy/fury etc. AP, AD, AS, Crit, Magic Pen, Armor Pen, Health, MR, Armor all affect his stats normally. The important stat to take note of is Cooldown Reduction. This will cause his plants to grow faster, and his VOID SPORE cooldown to be lowered

this is really unique and it would seem fun to play but it really team reliant his teammates should be able to buy the herbs from the shop if there are some growing and they would work like elixers while he can still use the mechanic that you included. the q seems a bit op the rest just need some number tweaking

Really weird. seems like he'd be a roaming unit like bard but i really don't like that he really can't do anything for himself. if he could actually cs i'd see him as a great jungler.

This is funny but it is AWESOME. I love it Fam. This is real life stuff right here LMAO. The only thing i kinda dont like is that he cant do much for himself. and please whats is preferred role because if he cs he can be a good jungler.
