Kit PASSIVE: For the Warrior - When Cedrick uses Reparations on an allied champion, that ally becomes Cedrick’s Warrior. This ally remains the Warrior until Cedrick uses Reparations on a different ally champion.
If Cedrick gets a kill while nearby his Warrior, the kill instead is given to the Warrior. Cedrick receives an assist instead. In addition, Cedrick receives extra gold for assisting his Warrior as it is purely his job to do so.
Explanation - If Cedrick gets a kill and his Warrior is within 1000 range of him, the kill transfer occurs. The Warrior remains so for any amount of time until Cedrick uses Reparations on a different ally, even if they are far apart for an extended period of time.
Cedrick receives 50% more gold than usual for assisting his Warrior, meaning he gains 75% of the gold received for the kill when he gets assist. Cedrick gains this only for assists that his Warrior got the kill on.
Q: The Cannon - When Active: Cedrick pushes his cannon wherever he goes, reducing his movement speed, making him ranged, decreasing his attack speed, increasing his attack damage, and slowing enemies with basic attacks. Can only be activated when Cedrick is nearby his cannon.
When Inactive: Cedrick’s movement speed is increased and attack damage decreased. Cedrick’s cannon is left where he inactivates this ability, unless it is not touched for a certain amount of time in which it will return to base.
Cost - No mana Cooldown - 1 second Activated Movement Speed - -20% Activated Attack Speed - -65% Activated Range - 700/750/800/850/900 Activated Attack Damage - +70/77.5/85/92.5/100% Activated Slow - -15/20/25/30/35% for 1.5 seconds Inactive Movement Speed - +15% Inactive Attack Damage - -30% Cannon Accessibility Range - 200 range Cannon Auto-Recall Time - 60 seconds
Explanation - To simply put it, when Cedrick is carrying his cannon, he is a ranged champion with a very slow attack speed and movement speed, but impressive range and attack damage in addition to slowing basic attacks. When he is not carrying his cannon, he is more like a normal melee champion but weaker and faster.
This ability can be deactivated whenever it is activated, meaning the cannon can be left anywhere on the map. The cannon stays where it is unless the ability is not activated for a minute, making it recall to the ally spawn. It can only be activated when Cedrick is within 200 range of his cannon.
It is highly recommended that this ability is upgraded first. If the ability is not yet learned, the inactive effects will remain on Cedrick and cannot be escaped until he learns the ability. Once it is learned, the cannon appears at base as if it recalled, and Cedrick can use it.
Due to this, a large part of Cedrick’s statistics such as attack damage and movement speed are just bases, as they are never truly that amount ingame.
W: Heave/Pursuit - Heave: If The Cannon is activated, Cedrick gains an impressive movement speed boost for a few seconds.
Pursuit: If The Cannon is inactive, Cedrick targets an enemy when he activates this. When an enemy is targeted, Cedrick gains movement speed while running towards them. If that enemy becomes within his range while Pursuit is active, he leaps to the enemy, slowing and damaging both him and the enemy.
Cost - 50 mana Cooldown - 12 seconds Heave Movement Speed - +50/60/70/80/90% for 3 seconds Pursuit Movement Speed - +30/35/40/45/50% when moving towards target for 4 seconds Pursuit Leap Range - 400 range Pursuit Leap Movement Slow - -60% for 2/2.4/2.8/3.2/3.6 seconds to both Cedrick and enemy Pursuit Leap Physical Damage - 60/85/110/135/160(+40% base AD) to enemy, 50% of this to Cedrick
Explanation - This move is great for catching runaway enemies with the leap, or just making up some distance with the movement speed boost. Any kind of enemy can be targeted, including minions. Slow is dealt to both Cedrick and the targeted enemy equally, while damage is less for Cedrick.
E: Reparations - Cedrick stops any lasting negative effects on the targeted ally champion. He also gives this target extra armor and magic resist for a short time. This cannot be cast on himself.
This move also designates Cedrick’s Warrior.
Cost - 60/65/70/75/80 mana. Cooldown - 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Targetable Range - 500 range Armor - +15/17.5/20/22.5/25(+10/11.5/13/14.5/16% A) bonus armor for 3 seconds Magic Resist - +20/22.5/25/27.5/30(+10/11.5/13/14.5/16% MR) bonus magic resist for 3 seconds
Explanation - Lasting negative effects include anything that reduces any statistics or disables a champion for more than an instant period of time. Examples include damaging poison and fire, slowing, stunning, silencing, etc.
R: Cannonball! - Cedrick loads himself in his cannon. Then, he chooses a direction to shoot himself. When a direction is selected, the cannon fires and Cedrick goes flying. He does so until either he hits an enemy champion, epic neutral monster, map edge, or reaches his maximum amount of range. When he lands either by collision or range, he knocks up all entities in the area as well as dealing physical damage and major slowness.
Cedrick can reactivate this ability while in his cannon to get out of the cannon without shooting, reducing the ability cooldown by half.
Cost - 100 mana Cooldown - 130/115/100 seconds Activatable Range - 200 Activatable Time - 5 seconds Maximum Range - 4500 Area Range - 450 radius Knocked Up Duration - 0.75/1/1.25 seconds to enemies/neutral monsters Physical Damage - 150/225/300 (+60% AD) to enemies/neutral monsters, 50% of this to Cedrick Slowness - -40/50/60% to enemies/neutral monsters for 5 seconds, -20/25/30% to allies
Explanation - This can be cast whether The Cannon is Active or Inactive as long as within 200 range of cannon. Order of activation goes as follows: R pressed, Cedrick jumps in cannon, Cedrick chooses direction to shoot within 5 seconds, Cedrick is shot. Cedrick cannot be targeted for attack while inside cannon but can still be hurt. If Cedrick reactivates R before 5 seconds or he runs out of his 5 seconds to choose a direction, Cedrick hops out of the Cannon and the cooldown is halved.
Lore Cedrick was not one who was thought to do great things in his future. He grew up in the farmlands outside Demacia with his poor but content Yordle family. He always took interest in war, particularly in the epics involving the honorable knights and legendary warriors of Demacia. For this, his peers ridiculed him, saying an ordinary, farming Yordle like him could never be part of something so great.
It was a night that Cedrick would never forget. He woke up suddenly, flames around him and sounds of wailing and collapsing structures surrounded him. He jumped out of a nearby window to look back and see his moderate home has been set afire. He frantically looked around and saw a large monster walking away. He ignored it and searched for his family. He never found them.
Demacian troops came in moments later. Cedrick lay on the ground crying, only being a small boy at the time. The soldiers asked him questions but he was too overwhelmed to get anything out. Suddenly, the men were quited. Cedrick looked up.
“We’re going the find the beast that did this,” a seemingly glowing man said. “Did you see where he went?”
Cedrick realized it was Jarvan III, the King of Demacia. In utter shock, he pointed his small finger in the direction he saw the monster. The men began walking the direction, but Cedrick stopped them. “I want to help,” he said. “I’m going to help.”
That was when Cedrick’s life truly began. He became part of the army, but not in any ordinary way. He was Jarvan III’s personal aide in battle. The two fought side by side, and though Cedrick rarely received any glory from the people, he and the King knew he was essential to their success.
The beast, whom Cedrick later recognized as Sion, was never caught and killed. However, that didn’t stop him from doing great things. After Jarvan III passed and his heir took the throne, Cedrick took his trustiest things - of course, including his cannon - and went. He kept good relations with the Demacian royal family, but took his experience elsewhere, fighting any battles he felt needed to be fought, and always doing the best job of assisting he possibly could.
OTHER: Friends include Jarvan IV, while enemies include Sion.
**Miscellaneous ** BUILD: Due to Cedrick’s Passive, a Support could finally be able to buy attack damage and not have to play cautiously due to not wanting to steal any of the ADC’s kills. This makes a bottom lane duo with Cedrick deal much more damage as a whole.
Cedrick should build a majority of health, attack damage, and some movement speed and attack speed. He can also build things like armor, magic resist, and cooldown reduction if he feels it's necessary. In addition, he should build the traditional support items like Relic Shield and Sightstone just so he can play his role effectively despite how different he is in fights.
TAUNTS: Joke - If around cannon: Looks inside cannon, says “What does this-,” and then cannon has a small explosion in his face.
