Champion concept (Portal Guy)

Basically i came up with an idea for 2 spells for utility champ that can manipulate space.

1. You make a rectangle portal. Walk in on one side, move out on another. Its not like bards portal, you don't need to put in on walls (but you can)) you can use it to shorten your engage or disengage path. Only your team can use it. Portal stays for a few seconds.
2. You make 2 lines. Works only on enemy. You kinda close someone in it making him go around if he wants to dodge. Walk into one, come from the other. Works for a few seconds. My drawing explaining it a little
