Champs who rly deserve skins

HI guys, im just writin this cuz,...yeha just an idea. So, the skins, everty new patches we have new awesome skins rly cool but, i dotn know if i have reasons to say this but, i think riot do "or" release the skins to the wrong champs... I mean why do a preoject for yi (STILL AWESOME) when he already has so many skins when champs like (i know she now has another skin the victorious), who only got 3 even now with the project as yasuo, or for who only got 1 skin? Ma sugestion is : do/release skins to champs who still dont have many skins and not do new skins for champs who already got 5 or 10 skins, ty riot!
