[Champion Concept] Hokori, the fallen guardian

Hokori is tanky support with everything an ADC would want. Peel, a heal, cc, and an oh crap button.

Hokori is a man about the size of Jarvan IV. He wields a sword about the size of Nautilus's anchor. His armor is broken in several different places as well as showing signs of significant damage. His armor is white with vibrant blue accents. His sword is a deep charcoal black with red gems and runes etched into the blade both glowing a fiery red.

Hokori does not use mana but instead has a resource balance bar. The bar balances between sorrow (black) and pride (white).

Passive: Prideful and Sorrow-Stricken: Whenever a friendly minion dies the balance bar moves closer toward Sorrow-Stricten when a friendly champion dies the bar maxes at Sorrow-Stricken and does not move until an ability is used. Damaging an enemy with an ability or basic attack causes the bar to move toward Prideful, it moves twice as far when damaging an enemy champion. Champion kills and assist max the bar at Prideful. If both effects happen with in 5 seconds the bar splits and does both effects of the next ability cast and does not move until done so. After using an ability that triggers an additional effect the bar resets at the middle.

Q: My Liege: Hokori dashes to a friendly champion. If Sorrow-Stricken then friendly champion is thrown a set distance AWAY from the closest VISIBLE enemy champion. If Prideful Hokori heals them for a % of his max HP

W: Titanic Cleaver: Passive: while holding his sword Hokori deals bonus damage based on his max Hp and has reduced attack speed. While not holding his sword Hokori doubles his base attack speed. Active: Hokori throws his sword in a straight line dealing damage to all minions and it stops at the first enemy champion hit. If Sorrow-Stricken then the first enemy champion hit is rooted for a brief duration. If Prideful the sword creates a slow field around it. The sword remains at its stopping location for a brief duration or until he clicks on it.

E: CHARGE!: Hokori gives nearby allies a small burst of speed and then dashes to an enemy champion when cast again. If Sorrow-Stricken he will stun them on arrival. If it max Pride he will Knock all enemies around his target into the air for a short duration.

R: Overwhelmed: while active all of Hokori's abilities apply both effects of Prideful and Sorrow-Stricken. During this time he can not generate pride or sorrow. Champion kills and assists cause the duration to last longer and ally deaths cause his basic abilities to reduce their current cooldown by 50% (2 ally deaths reset his basic abilities). While active Titanic Cleaver will not return when it resets but instead Hokori will leap to its location dealing AoE damage to anyone in a close range when he gets there upon activation, picking it up and allowing him to throw it again.
