Whens the next time this skin will come on sale again? Or will it stay off sale?

It'll likely come back when the next World Cup rolls around. So 2018. Who knows if Riot will bring it back earlier than that for whatever reason. I'd like to see it come back as well.
Something to note is it is a legacy skin meaning it can be obtained though a Mystery Skin, and it's a 975 skin so it can also be obtained though Mystery Chests. Though of course it'd be quite rare to get it out of either considering the number of skins in the game.
