could there be baby dragons in the jungle?

i think jungling would be that much more fun with another mobile jungle monster like the scuttle crab. what if each side the jungle had one or two baby dragons that were completely unpredictable, hard to kill and very rewarding? they would be really mobile flying randomly from one end of your jungle to another on a whim and sometime dropping in on a lane. i imagine a large monster that does alot of damage and being young unpredictable dragons they may flee on sight, flee when u attack, attack u when u attack or even follow u around the jungle.if they attack on sight and really do damage it can mess up your jungle route so i wouldnt add that. the reward for killing a baby dragon should be enough that risking your jungle route to chase, or even attack them should be a tempting idea. but it shouldnt be enough that a team with alot of cc could group and kill it immediately and have too much of a head start. reading this it sounds like a lot of work but im just putting my idea out there. what do you think?

I like it, but how about if you attack it attacks back until half hp, then it runs away.

I suggested something like this in the Jungle Q & A, but I think you've made them too powerful, and it could potentially screw junglers over. I just think there should be a roaming monster in the jungle to balance out experience between junglers and lane positions. Its kind of like pokemon. You have the wilds that fight you when you get near them, and then theirs the trainers you're trying to fight.
