Animated Icons (GIF)

Is it possible for the current client (or some future version) to incorporate animated summoner icons? Would be a nice change of pace. I’d like to see animated icons with audio, like a Kled that taunts you as you sit in the lobby and don’t queue up. What about a Teemo that leaves his frame to drop a mushroom and when you drag your mouse over it, it explodes.
