SKIN IDEA: Cloud Fairy Lulu

I've thought long and hard about this skin and it would go perfectly with Lulu's kit. Just imagine Lulu casting Whimsy and suddenly she is riding around on a nimbus cloud, or casting Help, Pix! on an enemy and suddenly a sad little cloud is raining on their day. So, now that I've given you the basic concept I'm going to show you guys how the skin would incorporate into each ability.

Passive: Pix, Faerie Companion Basically Pix will be a cloud and when you auto-attack it shoots raindrops, Pix would just look like a fluffy, little cloud with a smiley face on it.

Q: Glitterlance This ability could go several ways in how it is presented, Lulu could shoot raindrops or clouds it really just depends on which would look better.

W: Whimsy On Self Cast: Lulu rides around on a nimbus cloud. On Ally Cast: The ally that Lulu targets is sped up and leaves a trail of clouds in their wake. On Enemy Cast: The enemy champion that is targeted becomes a storm cloud that is frowning.

E: Help, Pix! This ability is the one that sparked this whole idea: On Enemy Cast: Pix, the cloud, turns into a storm cloud that is frowning and raining on the enemy champion. This could also make room for a pretty cool interaction with Lulu's Q, where the cloud blows clouds or rain at the enemy. On Ally Cast: Pix will jump to an ally and similar to Janna's E, Eye of the Storm will put a cloud of protection around the ally to shield them. (Pix will look the same as he does on Lulu)

R: Wild Growth The Ally targeted will become larger and a gigantic storm will form around them, the enemies knocked up will be struck by lightning.
