New Character Taunts?

Since everybody is getting a splash art or the occasional rework here and there, why aren't there any new champion quotes? Or perhaps new quests?

For example: Irelia -> Yasuo "Wouldn't be the first time you faced against an Ionian." Lee Sin -> Yasuo "You have not yet earned your honor back." Karma & Irelia -> Yasuo "The Elders will have your head." Master Yi -> Yasuo "You have fled, and so has your honor."

Garen -> Katarina: "Spin like this.

Lissandra -> Gnar: "Back into ice!"

Heimerdinger -> Tristana: "Yes, that is a rocket in my pocket!"

Azir -> Sivir: "I brought you back to this world, and I can certainly take you out of it again!"
