Kathleen, Raging Echo. Champion proposal

I've been thinking about a new champion idea Kathleen is one ive been working on for a long time she is semi-based off of Sivir and Draven with a bit of Mordekaiser in there Kathleen ThornHeart is a woman that was lost in a mountain as a youngling with nothing but clothes on her back, she survived just barely through a hellish winter and started the search for her family. on the journey she learns how to make bones into knives and to fight against animals in all terrains. The Youngling finds an old widow in the forest and threatens her right off the bat, the widow uses twin crossblades to put The Youngling in her place. The youngling asks to be trained in the widow's art. The widow introduces herself as Heather ThornHeart. Heather asks the Youngling her name and when she cannot answer Heather gives her a name that solidifies her art and her next succesor, Kathleen ThornHeart. Under the training of Heather, Kathleen grows up learning to use twin crossblades. at 27 Kathleen's mother-figure, mentor, best friend, and her only living safeguard passes away. A week passes and Kathleen ThornHeart is still ruined, throwing away her training and everything Heather taught her she sets out on a journey to find her parents. Months and months go by until they turn into years. Kathleen passes through a small town where a pair of twins are trying to help an old man find his long lost daughter Cataline. Kathleen hears the name from the twins and a memory slams into her head of the day she was left in the mountains where her parents said "I'm sorry Cataline but it's for your own good, we'll find you when the time is right." the memory sends her into a flurry and she roars summoning twin crossblades of soul energy. Surprised by the summoning she loses her anger and examines the new weapons. "Crystal crossblades, just like Heather's. Was this what she gave me....?" another memory hits her. A week before Heather's death.... an old crone is sitting in the corner of Heather's forest hut, "She will not live long my dear." Refusing to accept it Kathleen yells at the crone and demands she leave. Heather falls ill the next hour lying in bed and beckons Kathleen to come to her. "Kathleen you are my daughter in heart but in blood you must find the answer to your calling. Take this and it will help you much more than it will me." Handing over a small necklace with a tiny crossblade-like crystal attached to the thin silver chain. "You will find yourself with this Kathleen. Now i need rest so please go make dinner." The memory makes Kathleen cry in the town square where she now has the attention of everyone as she holds two crossblades of crystal and stares at the man who is looking for his daughter. Rage takes over and she throws them right above his head slamming into the wall behind him. "You abandoned me!" she yells and with that the man breaks into tears and falls to his knees saying he's sorry over and over. "My name is Kathleen now but i remember you from the mountains where you left me." "Cataline, is it really you? you were so small 32 years ago." The crossblades fade out as she hugs the man and her rage evaporates. After a month being in the village Kathleen sets out on a journey to find herself.

Appearance: 5'6, mostly leg 127lbs, fit. Pale skin from cold climate, Black and blue streaks flow up her right arm from the crystal on her glove Long black hair(mid back length, loose and free) with a white stripe going down the front, covers right eye partially. Wears black wool pants, tight. White shirt, no sleeves. No shoes. Chain gloves, right hand has the crystal from the pendant in the middle. Blue eyes. scars litter her body from countless training hours. Crystal is green with blue swirls. Kathleen looks russian with a hint of austrian but has the eyes of a fox.

Passive: Storm of Blades Kathleen builds up a bar of rage that can be spent on her skills to increase the power and range of the skills. Continous Strikes Kathleen builds more attack power faster and her attack range is increased to (Range+300) Splitting corner shot Kathleen summons her other crossblade parallel from where she summoned the first and instead of knocking to the side Splitting Corner Shot stuns for (1-3s) Echoing Wake Produces 4 more after-images and Kathleen becomes invulnerable during this period Storm of Revenge 6 more blades are produced and blades follow for 3.2 s after coming back to Kathleen

Continous Strikes: Kathleen harnesses the crystal's energy to increase her attack speed and with every succesful hit she gains 25 range(max 125) and increases attack power by 15. lasts for 3.5s after skill ends.

Splitting Corner Shot: Kathleen throws one of her crossblades up high and controls it with her right hand to place it in the air and launch it back to her (area, 1000range, comes back to kathleen) her atk speed is halved when she is using this as she can only use her left hand.

Echoing Wake: Kathleen fills up 1/4 of her rage and flashes behind an enemy in range, and creates after images(upgrade 1:1 2:2 3:3) that throw a crossblade at the enemy for 1/2 of her normal attack damage. Storm of Revenge: Kathleen enrages and loses all abilitys except storm of revenge, throwing 4 crossblades at her target that pass through enemies dealing 1/2 damage to everything not her target. each deals 115% of her normal attack damage and replenishes her rage bar keeping her in the frenzy. Frenzy adds 50% attack damage and speed as well as +100 movement speed and reduces damage income by 15% but afterwards she becomes stunned for 1.2s and cannot activate abilities for 2.7s while taking 10% moe damage from all champion sources

This is a rough draft and i hope you all help me to fix this so Kathleen can be a champion in LoL Will be adding a sketch eventually...
