New Viktor Skin Concept: Superb Villan Viktor

First off, sorry I don't have any art for this - unlike a lot of you talented artists out there who can draw something for your champion skin concepts, I'm garbage at drawing. But it's fine though, because this skin idea is amazing and maybe someone will decide to draw it instead and ill put it here (along with credit, of course).

Anyway, more importantly, the skin.

I realized that though Viktor has a few skins already, and a lot of other champions are in dire need for good skins that aren't lame recolors or the like, but seeing some of these debonair skins has made me realize something - what if, like the recent final boss Veigar (and mysterious game over skin that may/may not be Blitzcrank), the Debonair skins had a sort of villain counterpart? What if we had a champion skin that could fill the role of a generic antagonist of a secret agent/spy film? Then I thought, VIKTOR. Why Viktor? One reason - his Death ray. One of the most iconic scenes from spy movies from what I've seen and heard is the laser scene from Goldfinger. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DoQwKe0lggw

Viktor's Death Ray, although most likely not on purpose, is quite reminiscent of that scene.

I'm thinking that it can just be a reskin, put Viktor in a nice suit, give him some extra details and maybe make his mask different for variety's sake, no need to add new particles and stuff (maybe make the laser red but a similar thing was done in Creator Viktor), and give him a new recall animation.

For the recall animation, my idea is that he pulls up a large (and comfortable looking - VERY COMFORTABLE LOOKING) chair from the ground, always facing backwards, and spins around to face the camera in it, petting a poro in his lap with his robotic shoulder-arm (what do i call this). This is similar to the "chair reveal" trope that some films use (most commonly as a way to parodize older works using it) to reveal an important character, usually a villain, to make the reveal more dramatic in some cases (or humorous in others).

That, and Viktor should say a bunch of cheesy villain quotes when he uses his E and backs, like "No, I expect you to die" when he fires his Death Ray.
