Any constructive criticism is welcomed. I could really use some help with the numbers of his skills. Lore below his skills

Malkaeor is designed as a shorter ranged human support champion with lower offensive power but strong battlefield control and great defensive power. He is based around his signature ability Spotlight. To find a cohesive theme that made sense with Spotlight I went with the traditional Stage Magician. Which is why his skills are is very similar to how magicians act and their tricks.

Passive: Stage Presence Every X seconds, auto-attacking enemy champions will restore X amount of mana to Malkaeor. This amount increases on a champion kill or assist. -OR- Auto attacks on enemy champion reduce the cooldown of Malkaeor's abilities by X seconds.

Q. Conjurer's Doves -They explode with love. Skillshot Malkaeor summons and commands doves to a location where they explode once they reach their location or hitting an enemy under the effects by Spotlight. This skill has both pass through and explosion damage.

W. Spotlight Conjures a spotlight on a target champion. This skill does have an circular area of effect, something similar to Nasus's Spirit Fire, but centered on and moves with the target champion.

On Ally: Spotlight becomes Center Stage increasing the damage of all allied champions in Center Stage area of effect. (Maybe slightly healing them? Maybe not)

On Enemy: Spotlight becomes Stage Fright. All enemy champions in a smaller area of effect than Center Stage have their movement speed (and maybe attack speed) slowed and take damage over time. Spotlight's Mana Cost increases the longer the spotlight is out.

E. Distraction Malkaeor pulls the attention away from a target ally champion, cleansing them of all Crowd Control Effects. (Anything that Tenacity effects) If Distraction removes a Crowd Control Effect the target receives a movement speed bonus for a short time. This skill would need to have a very long cooldown.

R. Malkaeor's Trump Card Malkaeor summons his trump card the Conjurer's Blade Box on a target enemy champion. A single target channeled ability that stuns for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds on activation, if Malkaeor continues to channel the ability the damage and stun duration increases. The animations would summoning swords to place inside the box like the real life magic trick.

Lore: I, Malkaeor, was never gifted with the arcane arts. I amounted to nothing more than a lowly street magician, but that never stopped me. With my talents I was able to survive in the slums of Zaun. One night it dawned on me that the streets of Zaun having given me all the wealth that they could. I must upgrade my "act" to a new stage, so to the streets of Noxus I must go. I faced the streets of Noxus without fear, never once have I been caught nor did the authorities have enough strength to restrain me. Noxus proved to be profitable more profitable then Zaun anyways. Noxian nobles seemed so entertain while their "well earned" gold disappeared from the pockets. But, she would change everything.

One night, while working the streets I spotted her, a beautiful young woman out on the edge of the crowd. I motioned her closer, hoping to impress her or lessen the burden of her wallet if the former did not work out. That night would prove to be different. My act have never gone so well. Everything went off without a problem, exceeding my own, admittedly high, expectations. I looked out to the crowd and that beautiful woman stood out to me again. She seemed extremely pleased, could she be interfering with my act with out my knowledge? No. That's impossible.

I finished up my act and the crowd began to disperse, to my surprise that beautiful women remained. "Did you enjoy the show?" I asked.

"It was good, for a novice." She replied.

"Novice?! I am no novi-" I was cut of by the chains she conjured and trapped me in place.

"Sorry, but a weak magician like you does not deserve to be here, or this gold either." She said as she began to take the gold I had earned that night.

"Lady I don't know who you are, but these chains are not enough to hold me." I said casting my trademark Distraction, startling my attacker and freeing me from her chains. I tried to escape with all the gold I could grab. To my horror, I found myself again restrained by the chains I was sure I dispelled earlier.

"That's not possible!" I exclaimed.

"So your not as weak as you look. Its a shame if you were a little stronger the Black Rose could use someone like you." She said collecting the rest of my earnings. I felt myself starting to panic. I had to use it, I had to use my trump card. Summoning all the strength I had I cast my trump card right on top of the mysterious lady, it was a direct hit. I opened up the box preparing to disable that woman. Increasing my dismay, she was not there only a rune on the ground remained where she once was.

"Try that trick again maybe the next time it will work!" I heard her say as she escaped laughing.

Some time would past before I would catch wind of that woman again. I had given up my con-magic ways, and set out to find a new path in life. When I had put my old life behind me, I would find her again. Leblanc, a Champion for the League. No doubt in service for the Black Rose. A mysterious organization, that I was still unable to find concrete information on, or who their members were, besides Leblanc. I decided then what I must do. I must become Malkaeor, a Champion for the League of Legends.

"I must have a good title. Hmmmm Malkaeor The Grand Magician. I like the sound of that." -Malkaeor
