Forgotten Champs

Can riot stop making new champs for a season or two and start focusing on doing VGU's or gameplay updates for old champions. Theres are so many Champs but some are just never played, by adding to the total number of champs you leave some behind that have lots of potential but are just forgotten. For example; . These champs each have so much potential and could be so cool, Malphite could be a towering mountain and nocturne could infest the enemies minds giving everyone nightmares and stuff but no. With every new champ its harder will keep getting harder to make everything original but if they focus on old champion who are already unique but are lacking a modernized kit it would be really awesome.
