Genderbent Skins

I'm a fan of the idea of gender swapped skins for champions who are both male and female. Draven/Darius Quinn/Valor Rengar

Things like these are interesting, and could lead to a line of more expensive skins (what with needing to completely redo their voice-overing as well as animations for the separate models) that could be very popular.
