That was just an Art Demo, it wasn't an actual making of a skin or anything like that. Yeah it's something a lot of the community wants, so maybe they will still make it in the future.
I know it doesn't mean it definitely will, but I think it could be a quality skin, and they only would do it if they know people want it. Like, pizza is speedy, and so is her ult, so it just seems like there's a lot that can be done with it.
