co-op vs. ai & FWOD (first win of the day)
Hi so I figured I would make a suggestion regarding FWOD (first win of the day).
The source of this is that while it is nice having incentive to play everyday it occurs to me that the way FWOD is set up it feels more like a chore instead of a reward. Additionally because it feels like a chore and people want their essentially free xp quickly the co-op vs ai games are starting to get flooded with players who want to just rush mid and end the game. It seems like this is very harmful to new players who are trying to learn the game properly since the co-op vs ai games frequently won't act like normal games.
This being the case I suggest a solution to this, my idea is that instead of having FWOD give flat xp maybe it would work better as an xp multiplier for the FWOD. By making the FWOD a say, 3x-4x multiplier you incentivize people to get it on normal games instead of co-op vs ai due to the difference in xp given.
The only flaw to this I could see would be losing out on xp in games where the opponents surrender quickly, but maybe this could be solved with a mode where surrender is not an option (maybe call it something like "last stand") or include an option in game creation to match make with others that are forgoing their option to surrender.
Anyway those are my thoughts on FWOD so lets hear some others!!! XP
