Zed needs a new skin!

I am a Zed main. I am really upset that they have not been adding new Zed skins. I would have figured they would have added cutthroat Zed but Riot didn't. Zed only has 1 skin that is available (Shockblade Zed). And SKT T1 Zed you cannot even get anymore. Can Riot add new Zed skins plz? And if not a skin made chroma packs for him plz and ty <3
