I feel Vlad could use a massive overhaul. After watching Dracula untold i was like how cool would it be to make vlad be able to dash in bat form. He's in an iffy spot right now. I think his kit is a little stale. Is he mid is he top?? A very situational pick. I would love riot to take a serious look at this guy. After seeing what they did with sion i feel they could make vlad an ultimate bad ass. PLZ riot make vlad cool. He has so much potential.
Vlad is not a vampire, he has no reason to become a bat.
no. just buff him a bit. remove cast time from e, give him more mov speed and he would be in a better spot

First of all, Vlad IS NOT A VAMPIRE - or at least not that kind of vampire. His theme is hemomancy or blood magic.
Right now his kit is highly unhealthy AND he's tied to a mechanic that's even more unhealthy (spellvamp). In his current state he needs to be undertuned constantly, because if he gets ahead in lane even once, it's over for the lane opponent, leaving zero chance for counterplay.
From what I'm currently thinking he should be changed into an AP version of Aatrox (who's passive has the fitting name "Blood Well). He gets a special resource bar, casting spells will either fill it up or drain it. Also he should be able to get health from it AND be able to sacrifice his own health to fill it up.
Yeah you are right. I guess what I'm saying is I'd like them to redo him to make him a vampire. Give him his spell vamp ranged form and then more of a melee vampire form. Think more like of an Elise type champ for playstyle. Honestly I'm open to anything as long as they just give the guy some attention. I feel like hes on the riot ignore list with urgot , poppy ect.
